Kampong AI is planned as an integrated startup community with work and living spaces, while LaunchPad is also due to gain new event, sports, networking, covered-linkway and food-and-beverage facilities. For Holland Plain households, this is a work-and-amenity question; it does not turn a nearby GLS parcel into a promised price or commute.

The proposed zoning is not an approved Holland Plain development and does not promise a particular employer, building or travel time. A buyer whose work is in research, technology, venture building or related services can treat LaunchPad as a possible employment anchor and test the actual route from the eventual Holland Plain site.
